Question I have random white dots dancing in the picture of the TV in all modes

Its a Samsung LN-S4095D I have video and audio

I have the dots on all sources as well except on the TV menu!

might be a problem with the board where all ports are soldered on

Just replaced the main board and the timing board with no results! Could it be the power supply board which is my last option?
