I Have Some Questions About The Sims 4 On Laptop

i am looking to get a laptop in the budget of £200 and no more that can play the sims 4 smoothly , do you have any suggestions?
I have the sims 4 Xbox edition can you play that edition on a laptop or would you have to buy another edition?
Can you get cc (custom content) on the sims 4 on a laptop?

No you can't play XBOX game on the laptop. Yes you can run different content on the laptop.

For a new system you will not find one for your budget that will run SIMS 4, you need to at least double or more for a new system.
