I have the J7 Perx and don't have a 'dictionary'

I'm trying to reset my learned words but I can not find a dictionary anywhere in my settings

Have you tried going into "Settings" then "Language & Input" and then try "Personal Dictionary". The last one may be named differently on different versions of Android, but that is where you would make the changes.
