I have tried all your suggestions to no avail. Still won't boot

My Nextbook will not boot. I have tried a hard reset. Still no work. So, WTF. There must be someone that knows how to get it to work. Well, isn't there.

Is it not powering on at all? Or is it only going to a certain point and then staying there? What is happening exactly? Need more details.
