Model of your laptop? An SKU would help two fold. If your laptop has an external removable battery, remove it and power off of the AC power input. What was the last thing you were doing before the issue cropped up?

Please give more detail. Is this a new build or a new problem on a previously working pc? When did it start, what did you do prior to the problem? What have you tried?

There is no operating system or the disk is not recognized. Check in bios if the disk is present, if it is then reinstall operating system
