I havnt boot disc.how can i boot my device

No bootable device--please restart system
How can I solve this?

Remove any non bootable devices first (USB flash drives, USB external drives).
If that doesn't help, then it's high probability - HDD of your laptop has been corrupted/or has died.
In this case - replace hdd, reinstall OS.
