Question i just bought a set of arctis 3 headphones no audio

i just bought a pair of arctis 3 headphones and i am only getting audio from the left ear

Contact support for them, they will go through with you to see if you don't have them connected properly or they are bad. No need for you to mess with them on your own since they are in warranty.
