Solved! I just got this RCA Voyager 3 tablet from somebody and I need an activation code

I need an activation code for my RCA Voyager 3 I just got from somebody

We would have no way to activate a device. The device would not need an activation code to turn on. It would need the name and password that the person who you got it from or the owner had associated with the device. That you would have to get from them. Or it (if it has phone/internet service) on it through a SIM you would need the account information, also from the prior owner.
