I have a Nokia 6350.... It has no regular ring, ring tone.......I have tried several sites and all have a subscription fee attached,any suggestions???

find an MP3 online which you like. G.I.Y.F
Convert to the required format for your Phone OS. G.I.Y.F
Put the converted file onto your phone via sync cable/bluetooth/wifi.
Chage phone settings as detailed in the user manual.
