I like to know why my phone is not down loading I have mb and data

My phone will not down load any thing I deleted 7 apps and it have MB & data what's the problem with it

It will depend on what is happening exactly. So what is the message you are getting or what is happening when you try to download something, and what are you trying to download. All of this will be a factor in resolving it.
