Restore them from your backup. If you only choose to save them on the phone then they are gone, just like the phone.

You can login to your Google account on other Android smartphone of yours and sync the data but that's only possible if you had not kept syncing feature disabled on your lost phone. All your numbers will show up on your new device depending on the last time your device was synced with Google database.

I know and I cleared the fact in my answer also. I also think there is no other way unless the OP was syncing their device with PC through some appropriate suite, Which is even more rare case these days unless you are a pro user.
