We have no way to find a lost device. Unless you had tracking software on it, it is gone. You should report it to the authorities and also to your carrier/service provider so your bill is not run up.

No. You would have to actually go looking for it, if it is say at home somewhere. Otherwise the only thing you can do is report it missing to the police and contact your carrier/service provider.
