Call your phone. Whoever answers, ask them to give it back. Offer them a small reward.
If that doesn't work, call your provider.

I called on my phone it's ringing but no one is receiving n aftr few min it's switch off...

Call your provider to see if they can help. At the very least they can deactivate it so you do not get a huge bill from whoever found it.
