The 4060 has 128 bit memory. It's so gimped and cut down that an APU with the same keeping up isn't very impressive.

Nvidia has been using subpar process nodes, insufficient VRAM capacities on narrow buses, and just overclocking the shit out of the top of the product stack. The GeForce product line just continues to exist to milk gamers for data center/AI R&D money.
