Solved! I moved my apps to sd card and then i removed my sd card from that phone and from App settings i reset all apps prefrences and

I moved my apps to sd card and then i removed my sd card from that phone and from App settings i reset all apps prefrences and then inserted my sd card back in that phone but that sd card is not showing not mounting also not in file manager....how can i solve this issue... .? I am confused that sd card showup in all other devices but not working in that particular device .
Can anyone help me????

If you're using Android 6 or later and you moved Apps to a SdCard then removed it, you probably need to go back in and nominate that card for use as Internal Storage If it was rated as Internal Storage, the Apps wouldn't work in any event.

Go into Settings>More>Storage and see what status the card has.
