In addition to Supahos answer it's very unlikely you, being a novice, would be able to change your CPU. It is also likely the CPU is soldered to your motherboard meaning you would need to be an advanced laptop technician with the tools necessary to perform a CPU change.

Program/app/game requirements do give specific CPUs for min. and rec. system requirements. That then needs to be translated to laptop CPU power. Laptop CPUs are always weaker than their desktop counterparts, if they exist.

Be a lot more specific about what you're trying to do. Clockspeed actually means absolutely nothing. A modern Intel CPU clocked at 1.6 would destroy it.

Also there are literally dozens of different a6 cpus which one are you talking about.
