I need a gaming laptop that will last a while...(See Details)

I need a gaming laptop for under 1300. It would have to be light (under 7lb), and have a really good build quality (since this will be my only laptop for the next couple years). I looked at msi, lenovo, and asus so... I would play some games like call of duty or battlefield. Thanks!

If I were in the market for a gaming laptop I would consider the 15" HP Omen currently selling for $1,215 at Amazon. However, I do have one issue with it and that is if you want to upgrade it you will need to remove the rubber mesh underneath the laptop. It may or may not stick back to the laptop so using some glue may be necessary.

If you live near a BestBuy then you might want to go there and check it out in person. Not sure if they are on display at every BestBuy across the US, but they are in stock in the BestBuy stores near me.

Likely not a good choice since it is listed as weighing in at 3.9kg which translates to 8.6lbs which is more than the 7lbs max the OP wants the laptop to weigh.
