I need a low budget laptop that can play Sims 4.....

I need a low budget laptop that can play sims 4. Preferably one that is cheaper than an Xbox one, as that was the other choice to buy an Xbox one with Sims 4, (I have an Xbox 360 with The sims 3)or to buy a laptop with it. I chose the second one because I figured it would be more easy to persuade my mum (I can't buy it myself, too young) Maximum budget is £250. I am ONLY asking for one able to run the Sims 4, it can be as bad quality as any laptop, is long as it has those requirments. Please help!!!

God, at this price range, you'll probable have to play at low settings or you can buy a refurbished laptop. Which one you you prefer, low settings or refurbished laptop with medium settings?
