Hi sirs I am trying to get my contacts and photos back from my Samsung amp prime that was. factory resented how do I do it Mr.Martin Clark

You can't get the info back off a device that was reset. When reset it is wiped completely and then overwritten by the reinstallation of the OS and original apps. So unless you had backed up the info somewhere, there is no getting it back.
