I need help turning on my tablet.

My tablet's screen hasn't been working for a few days now. The screen is lighting up but nothing else. I have tried plugging it in to charge but that isn't working. Is there anything else I can try? I need help as soon as possible.

You can try a factory reset, that will wipe the system and set it like it was when new. Although if the screen has nothing at all that shows that may not help and you have a system board issue, which means replacing the board.
