I need help!

I have the Toshiba Satellite c55d-a and I was just wondering how I can get it to stay on without it being plugged in? Every time I use it, it always has to be plugged into the charger, or else it won't turn on. Any ideas to fix that?

Sounds like a new battery, your battery is likely not holding a charge.

I agree. Take the battery out, then hold down the power button for 5 seconds. Put the battery back in and test charging.
