I need help....

So, my android fell in a sink full of water and will not turn on. The blue home key will light up but the screen will not come on at all. I thought all my contacts were saved to my gmail acct but when I went to look for them there was nothing. Don't remember deleting them but it's possible I did somehow. Is there any other way to get them from my old water damaged phone?

If they were saved to your SIM card or SD card and the card was OK you can remove those and get them. If they were on the internal storage, you are out of luck. They may also have been saved to your service provider account so if you logon to a new phone they may come back.
