I need help

So my laptop keeps turning off every time it' hits low battery. My laptop is an Acer E15 and I've had it only for 2 years and half. I nedd to know if there is a way to fix it amd what's wrong with it.

Sounds like you need to replace the battery to me. Even though it just says 'low' the battery is probably holding even less of a charge than it is registering. They do that after a while.
