I was on my phone talking, getting ready to end the cofersation. 1notice that my screen went black. And haven't been able to get it back on. I just got the phone about a week ago.and now I can't even see who is calling me. Can anyone help me.

If you got the phone a week ago, bring it to the place you got it and have them check it. No sense messing with a new phone.
