Solved! I need to put my channel on 3 put my remote doesn’t work

Facing the tv, you will likely find the manual buttons on the lower right side, often in a recessed area. bring a flashlight so you can read which button does what.

Other options are to pick up a cheap universal remote or possibly your phone has a remote IR & app built in. Many LG's and Samsung's do.
