i open my laptop but i cant find the arrow

i open my laptop lenovo ideapad320 but i cant see the arrow. i run my finger across the touchpad but nothing happens. thank you very much for your help.

Are you talking about the mouse cursor? Does everything else load normally? Anything happen before the issue started? Try an external mouse?
