I purchased a VPN and don't know how to get it to work on my fiber optic network

I have windows 7 and purchased PIA VPN and cannot get it set up. My internet is fiber optic. Does anyone know how I can get the VPN working? Also, my computer is one of 4 on the network so does this make a difference?

Your ISP might block traffic to well-known VPN ports. Check whether you can configure the server part of the VPN on some other port, like 80, 443 - these are ports your ISP cannot block
