i removed my google account from my phone without any backup,then if i buy a new phone do i get my old contacts?

I have a android phone ,when i sell my phone i removed my google account with no back up contacts. now i want to buy a new one then weather i get my contacts?

it the contact are sync to the account, it will be on the account.
