I reset the nabi and it asks for previous account info which i dont have.

Absolutely nothing; the device is locked to that account/

If you bought it, ask the seller to change details by removing their account and creating one for you.

If you found it, hand it in to the local Police because the owner would probably like to have it back.

If you are the original owner of the device then you should know the account information. If not then you either need to ask the person you got it from, or return it to its original owner.
