i restarted my laptop but it still load from 30 mins what can i do?

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start with a hard reboot, press and hold the power button first until the laptop completely shuts down then remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button again for 20 seconds. Put everything back together then boot it up, if it will ask you for a boot option select Start Windows Normally.
- If it will still not work do try loading it in Safe Mode, while the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options then select Safe Mode.
- Once in Safe Mode do a clean boot, open Task Manager then click on Startup tab where you disable the startup items.
- If Safe Mode will still not work last option would be to reinstall Windows.
