i Sent My Laptop TO Toshiba But...

They Said I Tampered With It And It Was Damaged And THe CMos Battery Was Missing But I Sent It In Cos It Was Not Switching On ANd They Wanted Me TO Pay £84 to get it back i paid it cos the laptop was not cheap
The Laptop would turn on for 5seconds then boom it would switch off and no lights on the front

It's probably due to product defects. Didn't you try it out before paying, like... 20-60 mins let the laptop run in front of shop manager.. until he shows the face of regretting advising you the product?
