I spilled water on my keyboard board and I cleaned it and dried it , but the thing is it keeps turning on and off on its own

Define 'dried it'.

I say it that way as, most of the time people don't actually dry it like they think they should.

If you didn't do the following I would suggest you do it as soon as possible. Take out the battery. Disconnect the power. Open up the laptop and leave it open to drain and dry for a few days. Yes, I do mean days.

Do not attempt to turn it on or anything until enough time has passed. The more liquid got in/was spilled the longer you need to leave it like that.

I would have a minimum goal of 3 days (72 hours) if not longer.

Must be a laptop keyboard and water will go below most to settle on logic board must remove power immediately including battery to motherboard.keyboard is likely toast. Leave it disconnected for testing startup. Check ram and slots for black spots if arcing power AND clean gently with a sharp needle and the finest sandpaper is striker from book of matches.
Search youtube for instructional videos. Take pics for aid In reassembling.
After dry check ribbons and their connectors for black spots fried ends or bent copper connections from improper insertion inspect same connectors for black corrosion or worse. Complete disassemble and inspection required upon water damages.
