i took the battery out of my windows phone now it just buzzes once but does nothing

i took the battery, sim card, and sd card out of my phone, put them back in, then tryed to turn it back on. it just buzzed once and did nothing else. the screen stays black, and it only buzzes once. it does nothing else. how do I fix it?

Was it working fine before you took all those out? Or did you remove them to try to fix this same issue? Reseat the cards again, make sure the battery is seated properly. Make sure the battery is charged.
