I tried the hard boot twice and it is still frozen

Before my tab 4 froze up there was a drive error I tried the hard boot twice with no luckwhat else can I do?

A hard boot is just to cut the power and then turn it back on. Is that what you did, or did you do something else? And it froze when? Were you accessing a specific app, was it just turning on and froze? Need a bit more info.
