I don't think that there will be such a thing, at least not in new machines. You might find something capable used from someone who is upgrading but that is, of course, risky.

It'll run on Skylake iGPUs - in low settings at 1024*768 - barely.

So, an i3-6100u or i5-6200u.

They benefit heavily from having 2 sticks of RAM for the iGPU, and you'll want at least 8 GB of RAM for the game.
