I have never used the smart meter ever. I am looking to buy a gear s. Will this watch have run out of battery and can it surf facebook and see youtube is not. thanks

Not really sure what you are asking, it uses a battery so yet it will run out of battery charge if you don't charge it. There are a few apps that let you play videos on the watch but it's not designed for that by default.
