I want to change a 1080 movie's audio only (the best fast app PLEASE)

I have an English DVD of a movie and a 1080 HD of the same movie but it is in Spanish..

I want to change the audio channel of the HD file without effecting its quality.

what is the best app to do that (i'm using windows 7 64bit) ..

I have i7 extreme and 4 GPUs..
