I ordered peacock a year ago and only kept it for a month due to the really bad buffering for live events. They still charged me I noticed even after disputing the charge 3 times, there's no live number to reach anyone, so my only recourse to stop the charging every month was to get a new card which was highly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this crappy service to anyone terrible customer service.

I got Peacock a couple of years ago for free, as I was an Xfinity customer. I am still an Xfinity customer but internet only. I still get it for free. I don't watch it much but it's free and nice to have especially when Oppenheimer came out on the 16th. I get great reception and don't understand what the issue is.

This is a pretty narrow view - if you don't have cable or Hulu, Peacock is the best place to watch NBC and Bravo shows. And they have a great library. I have no issues with the interface or the streaming quality.
