i3 or celeron for laptop

this laptop will be used for youtube and netflix and web browsing only. what is the difference between the two in doing those three things?

If that's all you are using your laptop for you'll be hard pressed to notice the difference between the two cpus. The bottleneck is going to be the internet speed.
