I am planning to buy a laptop. It has Nvidia Geforce GTX950M, 8Gb of RAM which is great for gaming. My only concern is it's processor which is Intel i5 5200u. I made research and it turns out this CPU is not really high performance. It has 2 cores and slow clock rate. Will it be a huge problem for me while playing games such as GTA V? I am not expecting ultra-high graphics but at least I want to play some new games.

Solution
Generally speaking it should be okay for playing games, but I do know specifically how well it can handle GTA 5.

I currently play Fallout 4 on a Dell Latitude 3540 with the Core i5-4200u and Radeon HD 8850m. It plays FO4 decently enough at 1600x900 and a mix of medium an low graphic settings. The i5-4200u is a little slower than the i5-5200u and the Radeon HD 8850m's performance is between the nVidia 940m and GTX 950m, but much closer to the the 940m.

However, that should be changing real soon since I have finally received my GTX 970 desktop GPU. Hopefully it is not DOA like the first one I received....

If you want a laptop with a quad core CPU to play games with, then you need to spend $770 for the following Dell Inspiron 7559...
