i7 6700 - GTX 960M or i5 6300 - GTX 965M

Heya! I'm looking forward to get a laptop, and I'm pretty sure this question has probably been asked way too many times, so I apologize in advance.

I'm torn between these two:

MSI GL 62 - 6QF (900€)

The budget is tight, and even this is a HUGE stretch. I'm open to other suggestions as well What's your opinion on this?

For most games you will be gpu bound. Here is comparison of the fps with a 965m and a 960m. I see a 12 fps difference on doom on ultra. I would spend 50 more euros.
