Help me chose: i5 8300h gtx 1050 vs i7 7700hq gtx 1050 ti

Hi, I am looking to buy a laptop and currently I have 2 choices in front of me.
1st laptop is of msi with intel i5-8300h and gtx 1050 4gb graphic card at 60k rs.
2nd laptop is of asus with intel i7-7700hq but with gtx 1050 ti 4gb at 63k rs.
Both laptops have 8gb RAM.
Which one will give me better gaming performance?

8300h vs 7700hq the 8300h is about 4% faster
1050 vs 1050 ti the 1050 ti is about 30% better

Depending on what your doing with the laptop is what i would choose. If the games or whatever your doing is CPU intensive i would go with the 8300H, if its more graphics related then go with the 1050Ti.

If it was me without knowing what your doing i would go with the 7700hq 1050Ti combo. I have a laptop form 5 years ago with a 4700mq that is still holding is own for gaming.

Go with the i7-7700hq and the 1050Ti. You'll get better performance that way.

Both CPUs are more than powerful enough to drive much better GPUs. The i5 is a little faster, but not so much that you'd notice it. That 1050Ti will definitely give you better performance though.

Well, Ubisoft games are always a mixed bag for cpu / gpu intesive.
Apart from that, I will also be doing some machine learning related stuff using CUDA.

Well, if you are doing things with CUDA then the 1050 Ti is the better choice as it has more CUDA cores to do things with. The 7700HQ will have no problem keeping up in games either.
