i7-6700hq and i7-7700hq youtube 4k playback

hello
im considering buying a new laptop. recently i tested a laptop with i7-7500u cpu and i found suprising thing that it capble of playback 4k video from youtube at very low cpu (2%-3% usually), unlike other cpus (i3-6100 desktop and i7-2630qm) that using 50%+ cpu to run the same video.
so i would like to know if anyone can post how much cpu the 6700hq and 7700hq consume for playback 4k from youtube to see if they have this same capibility like the 7500u.

I don't have values to compare, but as far as I know Kaby Lake has new decoders in order to improve 4k playback.
