Iexplore.exe refers to the executable for Internet Explorer. I'm guessing here but are you using a different language etc. for your settings in Internet Explorer? If so, something isn't quite right and I'd say reinstall Internet Explorer. Or uninstall it and use Firefox 😉

hi Moddy thanks. well i can't even reinstall because there is no internet and when i click on the ico internet explorer it keeps giving the error box
