If i delete my pics out my phone will my lg backup still have it

I have an LG back up, if i delete all my photos from my phone will i still have the photos?

If they aren't set to sync, the backup location and the phone, then they should be kept in the LG backup.

However, if you have the phone set to sync there, it is possible the photos there could be wiped as well. Or, in reverse, it could reinstall the photos to the phone.

I would confirm that all the images are there first, then disconnect the sync (if you have one) and then do the deletion on the phone.
