if i go on vacation to england and france can i use my straight talk phone while im there to call back to the states?

With international roaming, but I don't recommend it unless you have ridiculous amounts of cash to spend..the charges are very very high.. The best thing would be to get a prepaid cell phone or use Skype to call

and it would have to be a quad band phone I think, or maybe triband.
