Hello just bought a new laptop and I want to ask whether it is good or not.

Intel Quad Core I7-2,40 can be clocked up to 3.40
RAM-6gb
Nvidia-GeForce GT 740M-2GB
HDD: 1 TB

I would call it a decent gaming laptop. The CPU is good, the graphics okay but an improvement over integrated graphics so, that's good.
I will recommend the use of a cooling pad especially during periods of gaming and while running demanding programs and keeping an eye on temps through such programs as CoreTemp, or HWMonitor
