Solved! If you have the model number for your TV, and it still can not pick it up...then what?

I found the model TV...and tried to use it and search it. Nothing comes up. Now, what should I do?

Are you trying to find someone that sells a certain TV model in a shop close to you? Please elaborate.

That's what happens when you buy off-brand stuff, they maybe a fly-by-night company no longer in business.
