Shield for the screen,no? If not, why would you cover such a nice phone? I don't have ip4 but galaxy s i9000 and to cover phones with who knows what plastic or invisible rubber case make's the phone ugly. Heard that apple bumper increases signal strength and also protects.

Just apply a transparent foil over the screen(there are for the other side too if i remember right) in case it scratches, even ip4 can get a scratch and use the bumper.

Look for an app that will locate it when lost, I have an android and I use Lookout, so there must be something similar for iPhone.
