I'm not sure which laptop to buy

I'm having trouble finding deciding between 2 laptops. One is the DELL Inspiron 15 5000 15.6" Intel® Core™ i3 Laptop and the other is HP Pavilion 15-cw0505sa 15.6" AMD Ryzen 3 Laptop. The dell laptop is £30 more expensive. I was wondering whether it's much better than the HP and whether it's worth the extra money. It will be mainly used for web surfing and maybe the odd game such as football manager.

I'd say £400 max. I am living in the UK. I don't know if the intel one is worth £30 more.

Intel one con: 2 cores only, kind of little for win 10
AMD one con: 4 gb ram only, too small for win 10.
If it has to be between the two, Intel one is my pick for 8gb ram and 128 gb ssd.
